Self Care Treatment to release tension on the neck, shoulder and feet
We all store stress in various places around our bodies. Most of us store it in places like the neck and shoulders, the low back, and also in the feet. The neck's issues are frequently interconnected to tensions originating in the upper back and shoulders. You will learn therapeutic release techniques using therapy balls. This simple technique, when added to your daily practice was able to free up the remnants of years of overtraining and the storage of stress..

We need to cleanse because the wear and tear of a busy life affects our digestion and creates toxins in our body and mind.
