Pump Up, Tone Up!

Class Description: High repetitions with minimal weight by using the ankle weight which gives you a total body workout. Sequence of 3 to 4 exercises in a set for each muscle group to give an extra PUSH to all participants. This class offer progressions as well to challenge advanced participants while also giving simpler options to participants who need less intensity. Look forward to short burst of cardio exercises in the class as well!
