Session 1: Exercise in Pregnancy
Exercise is a very important part of having a healthy pregnancy! Learn the effects of exercise on your body during pregnancy, the best approach, and things to avoid over the next 9 months from our Pre and Postnatal qualified trainer.
Session 2: The Changing Body in Pregnancy
We will share the physical changes that are taking place in your body and how to manage pregnancy related aches and pains. Our instructor will also explain the importance of training your pelvic floor during pregnancy, why it is important, and how to do it effectively.
Session 3: Nutrition in Pregnancy
In this program we will also discuss the important nutrition guidelines you should be following to keep both yourself and your baby in the healthiest place possible. We also discuss which foods to avoid, and you can finally find out why!
Session 4: Mental Preparation for Childbirth
This session is designed to help expecting mums go through the process of their big event with an optimal state of mind and less stress, fear, and anxiety. In this session our instructorwill share details on the empowering process of collaborating with a birth visualization, with a focus on tools such as, adaptive mind-set training.
