This combination of two exercises is a total workout that offers the cardiovascular and the strength training through HIIT as well as the flexibility and de-stressing benefits through yoga. And It also brings more body awareness and increase agility in dynamism. It has not only a muscular benefit but also stimulates the nervous system up and gradually back down to a calm state.
