Target three common trouble zones at once with a focused matwork workout that will tone your A-B-T, while strengthening your core. This 60-minute workout is intense but won't leave you sweaty.

You will work your A B T from all angles with lots of different overload techniques to really whittle that part. Using your own body weight or minimum equipment you will see lots of unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. It may look harmless, but your A B T will be on fire!
